Updates

  1. Listing table sort — Organization dashboard listings and archive tables can sort by Garage (number) and Address (alphabetical). (Feedback: e5e3)
  2. Custom profile call and text links — Profile custom links support tel:+ and sms:+ so buttons open the phone dialer or Messages app. (Feedback: c716)
  3. Registration invitation links — Agents and org members can copy a persistent invitation link from Network. Anyone who registers with that link (Standard or Pro) is automatically added as a connection, and the inviter gets a notification. (Feedback: 15f6)
  4. Tour requests from shared links — When a buyer schedules a tour from a listing URL with a share ref, the tour is assigned to that agent or sales rep (overrides remix and community assignment). (Feedback: 16b4)
  5. Your InventorySheet — On the dashboard header, an icon next to Messages opens a dropdown with Your InventorySheet (or Your Map Link for agents) and your registration invitation link. Org listings (above Filters) also show the InventorySheet link inline, with the description on a pressable info icon. (Feedback: 15ef)
  6. Listings filters scroll — On the organization listings dashboard, Filters, My communities / All communities, and Archive sit in a horizontal overflow row so they stay usable on narrow widths.
  7. Listing link previews — Shared listing links use a title of InventorySheets, then the property name and address, with the first gallery photo cropped to the standard 1200×630 preview size. (Feedback: 16d2)
  8. Home features — Added Gas Stove, Electric Stove, and Gutters. Renamed Front Yard Landscaping to Full Yard Sod (website and mobile). (Feedback: 16e5, 16ce)
  9. Ready Now removed — The Ready Now listing status is no longer offered. Existing ready_now listings display and filter as Available. (Feedback: 16b1)
  10. Buyer Board hidden — Buyer Board is removed from the website header. The mobile app will also hide it in the next mobile update. (Feedback: 16cf)
  11. Saved searches deprecated — Saved searches are hidden from menus, the /homes save button, dashboard tools, and Personal Insights. Existing shared /homes links still open the map. (Feedback: 16d0)
  12. Org switcher search — When switching among many organizations (for example system admins with 50+ memberships), the organization menu includes a search field and a scrollable list. (Feedback: 1693)
  13. Multi-builder map filter — On /homes, the builder filter now supports selecting multiple builders with checkboxes. Listings match any of the selected builders. (Feedback: 15db)
  14. Guest list Connect — On public event guest lists, signed-in users can connect with guests they are not already connected to. (Feedback: 15dd)
  15. Garage column — Organization dashboard listings and archive tables show a Garage column next to Stories. (Feedback: 15eb)
  16. Feedback image attachments — Feedback thread and comment screenshots can be up to 10 MB each (was 3 MB).
  17. Latest Remixes — The homepage Latest Remixes strip now loads up to 10 remixes so the section fills on desktop.
  18. Leave organization — Org members can leave their organization from the Account page, with a confirmation step. Remaining org admins are notified. (Feedback: 16bc)
  19. QR Code from row actions — QR Code is no longer a sidebar Tools link. Open it from the ⋮ menu on listings, InventorySheets, or remixes. The designer opens with that short link locked, and the breadcrumb links back to the list and the edit page for that item.
  20. Real Estate Professional — Registration and upgrade copy now say Real Estate Professional instead of Pro account. (Feedback: 32c1)
  21. Pro brokerage and roles — Real Estate Professional registration now requires a brokerage name and at least one professional role (Agent and/or Loan Officer). Brokerage and license appear on the remix owner tile and public user page. Standalone Pros can edit these on Account; org members do not see those fields. The mobile app will get the same registration fields in the next mobile update. (Feedback: 32cd, 32c8)

Bugs

  1. Fixed sign-in (and registration) leaving the header in a guest state until a manual refresh — after setting the session cookie, navigation now does a full page load so the session is applied immediately.
  2. Fixed the landing page header flashing white before becoming transparent over the hero on desktop. On mobile the header stays solid white.
