May 31, 2026#

Updates

    1. A new page has been added to the top navigation of the site called Buyer Board
    2. Buyers and buyer agents (free agents) can make posts requesting inventory with basic info parameters (location and price range)
    3. Builder reps (sales agents) can reply to posts, but not create them
    4. Listing links are enriched, so when pasting a link to an InventorySheet listing, it will be enriched as a hyperlink with the title of that listing instead of showing the full url.
    5. Posts auto expire in 30 days
    6. Posts can have comments and comments can have nested replies (1 level deep)

  1. Moved my assigned inquiries to a separate page personal page called "My Inquiries" (Feedback: 222a)
  2. Allow buyer (formerly leads) owners to delete their buyer (Feedback: b8c3)
    1. Org admins do not delete buyers because buyers are owned by the org member. The organization buyers page is a aggregation of all org member buyers, it is within the org member's purview to be the deciding factor on managing this buyer.
  3. Removed divisions from builder search filter (Feedback: f977)
  4. Increased video and shorts upload size to 1GB (Feedback: f976)
  5. Made the save button on edit listing sticky to the bottom of the screen (Feedback: f9bb)
  6. Added organization settings to control whether listings can be created and edited by members (Feedback: b8c8)

Mobile Updates

  1. Users can now view their network -- available on the network tab on the bottom navigation bar
  2. User profiles are now available which can be accessed from tapping a connection on the network page or tapping the agent profile on a remix listing
  3. Latest remixes have been added to the home screen similar to the website latest remixes
  4. Remix listings are viewable from Latest Remixes and agent or org user profiles
  5. Community data has been added to the community listings screen and listing screen
  6. Floor plan images now appear in a separate section near the bottom of the listing screen instead of the image gallery

  1. Save home searches from the explore page (/homes) and reopen them later. Buyers manage saved searches at /saved-searches; agents and org members use Dashboard → Tools → Saved searches.

  1. When bulk-adding listings to favorites (for example from your organization listings page), you can create a new favorites list in the same flow and add the selection to it (Feedback: 49a7)

  3. On the remixes list, the control that copies your remix link now uses a copy icon instead of an arrow

  3. Optimized image assets by storing image derivatives for thumbnail sized and gallery sized photos. This will reduce loading times and save bandwidth
  4. Communities have a status tag on thumbnail and page status banner for Grand Opening and Sold Out states (Feedback: 85cb)
  5. Users can create inquiries for builders to learn more about a community (Feedback: 85cb)
