Creating Inventory Sheets for specific filters

I was trying to make an inventory sheet for a realtor looking for a 3-4 bedroom under $350K but in the create new inventory sheet it doesnt have the same search criteria you have to put each individual address in or community or city. Can we make it like the listings search where it pulls it up and you can select all and add to a sheet from that page? It seems kind of tedious to have to go to the listing page and do the search and then duplicate the tab and copy each address in there to add it to an inventory sheet.
